ABOUT THE FOUNDER

For several years, Mikal Jones has worked in both the public, private and non-profit sectors. With an emphasis in career planning, public speaking, business and entrepreneurship, Mikal has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Sacramento State University and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, Leadership from Grand Canyon University.

Having a heart for youth, Mikal has helped empower and mentor them to dream big and took part in establishing an afterschool program with the CrossOver Power Forward team, an outcome that she considers to be one of her greatest accomplishments.

Mikal is family-oriented and is the mother of one daughter, who is currently in high school . Throughout the years, Mikal has worked in state organizations, such as CalSTRS and private organizations such as Robert Half.

The mission of this business is to bring dreams to reality by empowering people to share their skills and abilities to promote change in their communities and globally.
